If you really want to know your place in the universe, spend a bit of time loitering at the face of one of Alaska’s massive Tidewater Glaciers. It is so humbling, awe-inspiring, exhilarating and will undoubtedly present you with memories you will want to capture forever. I spend more than my fair share of time in front of glaciers and once in a while, I get to put some paint on paper while being amazed. This piece was created last summer on one of those lucky “front-row seat” days.
